Water billing for small-town systems, from meter file to paid bill.
A short narrated tour of the screens — with voice-over.
Built for the way a small water department actually works. The drive-by meter file comes in, the bills run with the town's own rates, postcards print for the mail, and residents can look up and pay their bill online — the payment posts back and the balance updates itself. The screens below are the real pilot, running on the Town of Ariton's demo data.
Free while bill pay is active: towns pay nothing for this package while their online bill pay stays active — the fees resume if bill pay stops.
Every line is also available on its own: drop a line and the total drops by that line. CallGuard comes standard in the package, and like every line, a town that doesn't want it can drop it the same way.
The Jarvis billing software itself is part of this package — there is no separate software subscription to buy.
What residents pay at checkout: $4.95 by card on bills up to $141, 3.5% on larger bills · eCheck $2.95.
Printed bill forms: $680 per box of 2,500.
Add-on: Main Street Live camera setup — $219 for the first camera, $149 for each additional camera (one-time; the town buys the camera).
Real screens from the live pilot, on Ariton's demo data — nothing here is a mock-up.
